Shipping

At POS Store, our goal is to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. We handle all our shipments through DHL .

1. Delivery Times

The delivery time of your order will depend directly on the availability of the product in our warehouse at the time of purchase.

Product Condition	Estimated Processing and Shipping Time
In Stock / Warehouse Inventory	The product is delivered to DHL immediately after payment confirmation. Transit time is DHL's standard and depends on the destination location (generally 2 to 5 business days, excluding extended delivery areas).
Backorder	If the product is not in our warehouse and must be ordered from our suppliers, shipment preparation may take between 30 and 60 days. business days . Once the product arrives at our warehouse and is checked, it is immediately handed over to DHL.

2. Order Management and Tracking

"In Stock" Orders: Once the product is delivered to DHL, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number so they can track the status of their shipment directly on the DHL website.
"Made to Order" Orders: We will notify the customer when the product is received in our warehouse and subsequently send the DHL tracking guide.

3. Responsibility for the Shipment

POS Store is responsible for the correct preparation, packaging and delivery of the product to DHL offices.
Once the package is delivered to DHL and the tracking number is provided to the customer, the responsibility for the transit time and integrity of the package during transport lies with the courier (DHL) .
If the package shows visible damage at the time of delivery, the customer must refuse receipt or make a clear note of the damage on the delivery receipt and notify POS Store immediately.

4. Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If an address correction is required after the package has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping or rerouting charges imposed by DHL.
